Payment
We accept paypal, cheques, bank transfer, postal order. Paypal is our preferred method of accepting payment and ensures your order is dispatched in the fastest possible way. Goods will be dispatched on receipt of payment only. If you pay by cheque, postal order or bank transfer this will delay the dispatch of your product. Buyers will be informed when their cheque, postal order or bank transfer transaction has gone through.
Postage
On transactions completed before 4pm, we will despatch your item with FedEx UK for only £4.95. We only despatch to the UK, sorry no exceptions.
Returns
You have peace of mind with a 7 day cooling off period that allows you to return the product within 7 days of the purchase date. This is regulated by the Distance Selling Policy. We offer a 30 day return policy from the purchase date, this applies to faulty products and unopened products that are in their original packaging. You are responsible for getting the package back to us and we suggest that you package it carefully and obtain a certificate of postage which is available free from your post office. All returns must be unopened and in brand new condition.
